The Web View's main function is to preview your documents. However, it has all the capabilities of a standard web browser, including a title bar, address bar, status bar, previous, next, refresh, and stop functions. The browser can be set to preview documents at several resolutions, including 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, and full screen modes. It also has horizontal and vertical rulers for determining precise pixel sizes of your web page elements.
To browse to a URL, type in the URL in the Address drop-down list and press enter. The browser will navigate to the URL.
The Refresh command refreshes document currently in the browser.
The Stop command stops the current browsing operation.
The Back command moves back in the browser's history.
The Forward command moves forward in the browser's history.
The Open from the Web feature
connects to the Internet and
downloads the current URL's source for editing in Spider Writer.
The Full Resolution command sets the browser to display a full size window.
The 640x480 Resolution command sets the browser to display in 640x480 resolution mode.
The 800x600 Resolution command sets the browser to display in 800x600 resolution mode.
The 1024x768 Resolution command sets the browser to display in 1024x768 resolution mode.
The Horizontal Ruler command toggles whether the horizontal resolution rules is visible.
The Vertical Ruler command toggles whether the vertical resolution rules is visible.
